A Mind Body Spirit Meditation
This is a Mind Body Spirit Meditation, that everyone can use.

In this meditation, you focus your energy in different parts of your body and mind.

To do this meditation requires a bit of faith. For example, it helps to believe that you have an aura, and that you are filled with energy, that you can move around, and focus.

Assuming we have an energy aura, we can also imagine how to focus this energy in and around our main energy centers.

Repeat this Mind Body Meditation a few times and you might start feeling it in three or four weeks.

After three months of regular Mind Body Meditation, you will definitely feel your energy moving around.

So here we go for the first round. Try focusing your energy, ie. all your energy, with the following Mind Body Spirit Meditation.


Start by saying hello to God, if you like. Just say Hello God, and ask how are you? if you want. Then ask God to help focus your energy in all the right places, by saying the following words ....

Focusing Energy in the Heart.. Focus Energy in the Heart. (Repeat until you feel it, then continue).

Focusing energy in the heart, so I can feel things that God guides me to feel.

Now I'm moving energy up and down the spine, and around the muscles of the back. Moving the energy down through the stomach and intestines.

Moving energy up the spine, up through the stomach and heart, into the lungs.

Focusing energy in the Lungs, Focusing Energy in the lungs, so I can breathe the way God guides me to breathe. (repeat until you feel it, etc)

Moving energy around the muscles of the back and shoulders. Moving energy down the arms, to the elbows, wrists, hands and fingers. Then moving the energy up the arms and into the shoulders.

Focusing energy in the throat, and the vocal cords, so I can say things God guides me to say. (Repeat as often as you like)

Focusing energy in the eyes, so I can see things God guides me to see. (Repeat as often as you like)

Focusing energy in the ears, so I can hear things God guides me to hear. (Repeat as often as you like)

Focusing energy in the brain, so I can think things God guides me to think. (Repeat as often as you like)

Moving energy down through the vocal cords, into the lungs, and the heart, stomach, and organs and muscles in the groin and abdomen.

Moving energy all the way down, to the base of the spine, and further down into the legs.

Moving energy along the thighs, into the knees, calves, ankles, feet and toes.

Letting my energy flow out of the feet and into the earth. Letting my energy vibrate harmoniously with energy from the rest of the world.

All the energy from around the world flows back into the feet, and toes, ankles, calves, knees, and thighs. Energy reaches the base of the spine, and flows up and down the spine.

Stretching my energy from head to toe.

Centering energy in the heart, and around the heart, so I can feel things God guides me to feel.

Letting my energy vibrate outward in all directions, to other people, down to the earth, and up to God, who is the beginning and ending of all things, and who teaches us to pray.

Then say a prayer if you like, but it's not necessary. This Mind Body Meditation works with or without God's participation

But it works. This Mind Body Meditation can focus energy in ways that can heal our energy centers.

Do this meditation regularly, and you will reap the benefits. You might even find that focusing energy is a form of spiritual healing.
